Cruising with control!

Parked at the shop
Kit for Ram Promaster

Hi everyone, it’s been a while. I finished my window covers and will talk about them in another post, but I finally got cruise control installed. Who would have thought that a van didn’t come with standard cruise control, and why didn’t I notice it when I looked at the van before I bought it? Duh…

I bought the kit from etrailers.com ($299) and didn’t have a chance to have it installed until last week. Chicago Parts and Sound in Elk Grove Village, IL installed if for me for $250 and I thought this was reasonable. It was a quick install because they work with this type of kit all of the time. Total cost was around $550, whew! However, I think it was the right choice and I am happy with the quality of service. Another good choice for the van! Woohoo! Now I can drive without cramping up my leg. Can’t wait for the next excursion.
