I finally took the van back to the RV place and they discovered 2 small gaps in the seal that were causing the leak. The repair took about 45 minutes and I am now in a dry van! YAY! I’m putting my condo up for sale this weekend and will keep my fingers crossed that it sells quickly.
I spent the last 3 weeks cleaning and repairing and purging my stuff. At last I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, and will be able to focus on the van as soon as it’s listed.
